Our Company
One family, one land, one vocation:
Ferrarini & Bonetti since 1972 in the heart of Italy's Food Valley
A supply chain born from passion,
built with determination
Six wheels a day in 1972. One hundred a day today, on the same land. The same passion of Silvestro and Liliana, multiplied by fifty years of dedication.
The dairy is located in Tortiano di Montechiarugolo, in the heart of the Parma Food Valley. Over more than fifty years, we have built a fully integrated supply chain: from the barn to the vats, from brining to ageing — every step under the direct control of the family.
Every year we process over 17.5 million litres of milk sourced exclusively from our own farms. In our warehouses rest over 60,000 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano, produced with renewable energy thanks to a 370 kW photovoltaic system.
