1. Website owner and service provider

The website and the guided tour booking service are operated by Ferrarini & Bonetti S.r.l., Via Stanislao Solari 77, 43022 Montechiarugolo (PR), Italy — VAT No.: IT00959270349, REA: PR-156701. Contact: ferrarinibonetti@libero.it | PEC: ferrarinibonetti@pec.it.

2. Scope of the service

Through the website, users may obtain information about the dairy, send contact requests and, where available, book or purchase a guided tour, optionally including a tasting or other ancillary services described on the relevant page.

3. Pre-contractual information

Before confirming a booking, users are required to verify carefully: visit date and time, number of participants, tour language, included services, exclusions, total price, payment method and applicable cancellation rules.

4. Booking and contract conclusion

A booking is considered final only once an explicit confirmation is received from Ferrarini & Bonetti (by e-mail or active automated systems). A user request alone does not automatically confirm availability.

5. Prices and payments

All prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Online payments are processed securely through the payment methods indicated on the website. Ferrarini & Bonetti does not store payment card data.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are stated on the tour page and in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise indicated, cancellations notified at least 48 hours in advance entitle the customer to a full refund; late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed with Ferrarini & Bonetti.

7. Delays, no-shows and force majeure

Late arrivals may be admitted only if compatible with the current tour schedule. A no-show results in forfeiture of the booking. Ferrarini & Bonetti reserves the right to modify or cancel a visit for safety reasons, production needs, sudden unavailability or force majeure, providing a full refund or rescheduling in such cases.

8. Visitor conduct

Visitors must follow staff instructions, comply with food safety and hygiene regulations applicable in a food production facility, and behave appropriately. Ferrarini & Bonetti may deny access to or interrupt the visit in case of inappropriate or unsafe conduct, without any obligation to issue a refund.

9. Allergies, intolerances and accessibility

Visitors are responsible for notifying Ferrarini & Bonetti in advance of any allergies, food intolerances, special needs or assistance requirements. The company will provide available information but cannot guarantee the total absence of allergens in the premises or products tasted, unless an express specific statement is made.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, images, trademarks, logos, videos and graphic content on the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing or reusing them without written authorisation from Ferrarini & Bonetti S.r.l. is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

Ferrarini & Bonetti is not liable for disruptions not directly attributable to its organisation, nor for damages arising from improper use of the website or failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

12. Privacy and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the website Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence (EU Regulation 593/2008, Rome I), any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Parma, Italy.

14. Updates

Ferrarini & Bonetti may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the date of consultation applies, without prejudice to the conditions confirmed in any existing booking. Last updated: March 2026.
