Over the decades, with passion and determination, we have successfully integrated the artisan expertise of our Master Cheesemaker with technologically advanced equipment: coagulation vats, controlled brining lines, and continuous monitoring systems for temperature, humidity and maturation.
The result is a 100% natural product, free from additives and preservatives, that expresses the finest organoleptic qualities of the Parma tradition — recognised and valued on both national and international markets.
